PEACH OOLONG
HOT TEA: Put 1 slightly heaping tsp. of loose tea for each 7-9 oz of water. Pour freshly warmed 165 degrees water over tea. Steep for 3-7 mins. Milk and sugar are not recommended with this tea.
ICED TEA: (1L/QT) 5 slightly heaping tsp. loose tea. Pour 1-1/4cups water warmed to 165 degrees on tea. Steep for 5 mins. Quarter fill the serving pitcher with cold water. Pour into pitcher straining tea. Add ice, top with cold water, garnish and sweeten to taste.
